This area is the main communication platform for your project. It is your responsibility to monitor messages, respond to queries, and provide feedback. Lack of communication from your side does not qualify for a refund.

We continue to revise your design (as per your package) until you are completely satisfied.
Website packages may include free domain and hosting services.
Each provided email account includes 10MB of storage and can be configured with third-party clients like Outlook.
If you're hosting elsewhere, we do not provide email accounts.
Domain, hosting, and email services are non-refundable.
Delivery Policy
Design files are delivered through your "My Account" area as per the timeline mentioned in your order confirmation. Files are typically delivered within 5–7 business days. Rush delivery is available within 48 hours for an additional $100.
Record Maintenance
We retain copies of finalized designs. You may request your final files again in the future if needed.

All websites and designs are custom-made from scratch. Any similarity to existing designs is purely coincidental. Clients are responsible for copyright registration of their artwork.
We assist in standard integration of third-party plugins or APIs but do not engage in direct third-party dealings. Additional integration services require a separate agreement and fee.
Projects will be marked as closed after 30 days of inactivity. A reactivation fee will apply to resume the work.
